The PROZON Foundation has been working for years with a single goal — to support the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, combat climate change, and develop the competencies of professionals.

The changes taking place in our industry — quota restrictions, the growing role of low-GWP and natural refrigerants, and new regulatory requirements — are affecting the way refrigeration systems are designed and serviced.

Technology is changing. The demands placed on professionals are changing. The range of competencies required by the market is changing.

The Alternative Refrigerants Academy is not standing on the sidelines of these changes — we are part of them.

Our new visual identity is more than a graphic update. It is a symbol of the next stage of development: updating training programmes, aligning content with new regulations, and consistently raising the standards of industry education. We are changing to make it easier for participants to find us, get to know us, and trust us.

Our mission and values remain unchanged. What is changing is the way we respond to the challenges facing our industry.
