Update of the agreement within the SIECI 3R network

Within the framework of achieving the objectives set out in its Statute, PROZON Foundation for Climate Protection establishes a nationwide recovery network, the 3R Network, and operates a Refrigerant Regeneration Centre, as well as provides other services dedicated to these objectives, including a training and certification centre and specialist laboratories.

The update to the refrigerant management terms introduced by PROZON Foundation for Climate Protection brings a number of benefits. Thanks to the new installation for refrigerant separation, we now have greater capabilities to ensure the highest quality of services for you.

We present a new template for a free Framework Cooperation Agreement for climate protection within the 3R NETWORK. The 3R NETWORK is a national refrigerant recovery and reclamation network established by the PROZON Foundation with the aim of reducing refrigerant emissions into the atmosphere. The PROZON Foundation for Climate Protection guarantees highly technologically advanced reclamation of recovered refrigerants in compliance with applicable European and Polish law.

Under this agreement, the PROZON Foundation undertakes to accept from you recovered refrigerants for appropriate reclamation or management. A partner joining the 3R NETWORK declares their commitment to taking action to prevent the emission of substances contributing to global warming.
